Subject: 9/16/25: Public Hearing for 3415 Palm Drive (Builder's Remedy)

Dear Interested Stakeholder,

 

This message is to inform you that the upcoming public hearing for a Precise Development Plan (PDP 24-08) to allow a 50.5-foot-tall five-unit apartment building located at 3415 Palm Dr. (Builders Remedy) will be continued from August 19, 2025 to the September 16, 2025 Planning Commission meeting at 1315 Valley Dr in the City of Hermosa Beach Council Chambers. This change of hearing date is being made at the applicant's request.  

This message is being provided as a courtesy. All required public noticing for this hearing shall comply with Hermosa Beach Municipal Code Section 17.68. All interested members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting as well as share this notice with other community members. 

Public Comments may be submitted online on the City’s website under the hyperlinked agenda for the September 16, 2025  meeting once it has been posted, which would be at least 72 hours in advance of the hearing. Alternatively, public comments may also be emailed to Planning@hermosabeach.gov
