Join us Saturday, Aug. 23, at 9am for a local rally to protest SB79, a bill that would allow buildings up to nine stories within a half-mile of a transit stop.

Even though SB79 doesn't affect HB and MB right now, it could in the future. 

 

We will be joining Our Neighborhood Voices (ONV) who is hosting rallies across the state, including Pacific Palisades, Torrance, the San Fernando Valley, San Francisco and San Diego.

 

Stand with us to protect our neighborhoods and stop high-density projects.

We'll meet at the Strand and 35th Street in Hermosa. Rally will last an hour.

 

We'll bring lawn signs, but feel free to make your own ("Fight the Height", "No on SB79", "Stop the Towers").
